LG has somehow done it again; the new 2021 C1-series and G1-series OLED TVs look even better than last year's CX and GX models. Last year, the CX models were considered one of the absolute best TVs on the market, only beaten out by its more expensive GX series brethren. Unlike Sony and Vizio, LG now has several generations of updates under its belt, and their well-oiled TVs overcome pretty much all of the OLED pitfalls while incrementally improving their major advantages.
The LG C1-series OLED TVs feature an improved A9 Gen 4 processor that boasts slightly better image quality, better 4K scaling, and improved audio handling as well as an upgrade to its smart TV interface (webOS). The G1-series OLED TV features the all new LG OLED Evo panel, which offers a brighter and more vibrant image. This is currently the only way to score the new Evo panel, which boasts the best image quality from an TV right now, hands down.
New 2021 LG C1 4K OLED TVs with Bonus Gift Card
Right now Newegg is offering the first ever discount on the next generation LG C1 OLED TVs. The 65" and 77" models come with a bonus Newegg gift card that can be used on pretty much anything on their site. The 77" model also comes with an extended 3 year warranty. The 48" and 55" models are currently unavailable at Newegg (and thus sans gift card), but they are currently in stock at Best Buy at MSRP.
New 2021 LG G1 4K OLED TVs
The LG G1 series "Gallery" OLED TVs have still not yet discounted. In fact, they are usually out of stock. Today, though, the 55" model is in stock at Amazon and the 65" is available at Best Buy at MSRP.
Sony Days of Play PS5 Game Deals
Sony's Days of Play event has kicked off and the video game deals run now until June 9. This is generally the best time to pick up PS5 games outside of Black Friday. All the big PS5 titles are discounted, as well as some great PS4 titles that are \well-optimized for the next generation console.
